Leading the AI ecosystem layer on top of Moldova's gov-tech backbone — MTender, e-Apostille, eIntegrity, eGuarantee. Designing AI-agent and MCP infrastructure where deterministic checks remain law, LLM judgment is counsel, and humans stay sovereign.
I build AI-agent systems, MCP servers, automation infrastructure, and production platforms for people who need things to actually work.
My work lives between architecture and operational reality: LLM tooling, gov-tech, procurement data, SEO automation, Linux servers, and the kind of legacy systems that make optimism file a complaint.
I build AI-agent systems, MCP servers, automation infrastructure, and the production machinery that keeps "AI magic" from turning into an incident report with a timestamp.
I design infrastructure where LLMs are not treated as divine oracles, but as useful, dangerous, and slightly overconfident junior coworkers with tool access. My current work sits at the intersection of:
"AI-powered" is not an architecture. It is a warning label unless proven otherwise.
Deterministic checks are law. LLM judgment is counsel. Humans are sovereign.
Commercial AI, web architecture, automation, and production systems for clients across Moldova and abroad. Building and maintaining real systems since 2015. Production first, presentation later.
Moldova's gov-tech backbone: MTender, e-Apostille, eIntegrity, eGuarantee. I lead the AI ecosystem layer on top of systems where correctness is not a decorative feature.
Some systems I architected years ago are still in production today — running on the original infrastructure, architecture, and code base I designed. Same architect since launch.
Moldova's leading news portal. Architecture, infrastructure, and code base, end to end.
Jurnal Trust Media's news and broadcast network. Architecture, infrastructure, and code base, end to end.
Romanian Television Society's channel for Moldova. Architecture, infrastructure, and code base, end to end.
They still ship.
