As the Head of IT at PA "Replica Media," i am responsible for leading the development of the web architecture for the news site replicamedia.md, including planning and writing the entire tech project.

I was responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of web components, as well as the management and maintenance of the source code base. I also tested and fixed code, designed technical solutions for enterprise projects, created data analysis solutions, and developed microservices for Social Media. I had experience designing KPI models and ChatBots for editorial workflow.

While working at the news site deschide.md, I was responsible for the architecture and maintenance of web components, as well as the maintenance and management of the existing source code base. I also examined and tested code, repaired detected bugs, and designed and developed technical solutions for enterprise-level projects. I also created data analysis solutions and developed microservices for Social Media.

I was responsible for maintaining the company's data center, including planning new acquisitions for infrastructure development. I also designed and developed auxiliary web projects, including at the enterprise level, and maintained and managed the existing source code base. I examined and tested the local network, and designed and developed technical solutions for enterprise-level projects. I also created solutions for analyzing and managing traffic, as well as developing microservices for Social Media.

I started as the SEO manager at the media holding, and then progressed to the role of Site manager. Eventually, I was promoted to the position of Chief of Web Department, where I was responsible for setting the strategy and direction for the web team, as well as ensuring that the team had the resources and support it needed to be effective. I was also responsible for ensuring that the company's web properties were aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

I was responsible for leading and managing both the creative and technical teams. This involved developing and implementing creative strategies and concepts, as well as overseeing the technical development of projects to ensure timely delivery and desired quality. I also managed budgets, schedules, and other operational aspects of agency projects.

As Chief Editor of the online version of unghiul.com at P.P. Unghiul SRL, I was responsible for setting the editorial direction and vision for the publication, commissioning and editing content, overseeing the design and layout of the website, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that the online newspaper adhered to journalistic standards and ethics. I also developed and implemented strategies to increase online readership and engagement, and worked with the sales and marketing teams to monetize the publication.

My responsibilities included planning and delivering lessons to high school students, as well as teaching informatics to primary school students for whom there was no specific curriculum. In addition to facilitating the learning of computer science concepts and skills, I was also responsible for managing the classroom, grading assignments and exams, and providing support and guidance to students as needed.
